My name is Rebecca and I am a 47-year-old personal trainer with 15 years in the industry and certifications in health, wellness, longevity, and weight management.
I am also a marathon runner. I have competed, won, and lost (cause hey, that's part of life my friend) in figure competitions, 5k's, 10k's, half marathons, full marathons, and ultra-marathons.
I have also tried my hand at powerlifting and I hold both state and national titles.
I am super blessed to be the mom to two awesome grown kids who are living their dreams in Tokyo and NYC. And then there is my wonderful and supportive deer-hunting-obsessed (LOL) husband of 30 years.
Finally, a random and suprising fun fact about me---hmmm, would you believe that I have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for driving a garbage truck? Yep, that's me, the ole trash lady trainer. I am here and ready to help you take the garbage out of your life and push you onto a brighter and clearer future!
